Pacific:

— Southeast WA; northeast and north-central OR: Freezing Fog Advisories this morning. I-84, US-12, US-97, US-395 impacted.

— Southern CA Los Angeles and Santa Monica County Mountains; Santa Clarita Valley and portions of Ventura county: Strong winds this morning gusting 40-50 mph. I-5, I-10, US-101 impacted.

Southern CA San Diego County mountains: Wind Advisory continues through this afternoon. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-8 impacted.

Mountain:

South-central MT between Springdale and Big Timber on I-90: Wind Advisory through midday today. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 impacted.

Central:

Far-west TX centered on the I-10/I-20 split: Winter Weather Advisories continue this morning for freezing drizzle and for up to 1 inch of snow above 6000 feet. I-10, I-20 impacted.

Eastern:

Eastern MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Storm Warning through this afternoon. 3-6 inches new snow likely. I-75, MI-28 impacted.

— Northern MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories through early this afternoon. 1-3 inches additional snow. I-75 impacted.

MI Lower Peninsula; central and northern IN; central and northern OH; northwest PA; western NY: A band of strong winds moves from west to east across this region Monday morning and afternoon. Wind gusts 35-45 mph.

Northeast OH; northwest PA; western NY south of Niagara Falls downwind of Lake Erie: Lake Effect Snow Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories through this evening. Up to 4-8 inches additional accumulation with wind gusts 35-45 mph. I-71, I-79, I-90, NY Thruway impacted.

Western and central NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Lake Effect Snow Warnings through early Monday morning. Up to 8-16 inches snow with wind gusts to 35 mph. I-81, I-90, NY Thruway impacted.

East-central NY including the Capitol District; parts of western and central MA: Wind Advisories through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-84 (MA), I-87, I-88, I-90, Mass Pike, NY Thruway impacted.

— Cape Cod MA: Wind Advisory through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. US-6 impacted.

Parts of western and southwest VA; northwest and west-central NC: Wind Advisories continue through this morning. Gusts to 50 mph. I-40, I-64, I-74, I-77, I-81, US-21, US-52, US-321, US-421 impacted.
