— Southern CA Los Angeles and Santa Monica County Mountains; Santa Clarita Valley and portions of Ventura county: Strong winds this morning gusting 40-50 mph. I-5, I-10, US-101 impacted.

— Southern CA San Diego County mountains: Wind Advisory continues through this afternoon. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-8 impacted.

Mountain:

— Eastern MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Storm Warning through this afternoon. 3-6 inches new snow likely. I-75, MI-28 impacted.

— Northern MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories through early this afternoon. 1-3 inches additional snow. I-75 impacted.

— MI Lower Peninsula; central and northern IN; central and northern OH; northwest PA; western NY: A band of strong winds moves from west to east across this region Monday morning and afternoon. Wind gusts 35-45 mph.

— Northeast OH; northwest PA; western NY south of Niagara Falls downwind of Lake Erie: Lake Effect Snow Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories through this evening. Up to 4-8 inches additional accumulation with wind gusts 35-45 mph. I-71, I-79, I-90, NY Thruway impacted.
