— WA South Cascade Mountains; OR Cascades: Winter Weather Advisories today above 4000 feet. Additional snow accumulations 3-7 inches. Wind gusts to 45 mph.

Central CA, west of I-5, between Big Sur and Pt. Arena, including the Bay Area: Flood Warnings (Salinas River) and Watches through Monday evening for continued excessive rainfall and runoff. I-80, US-101, CA-1 impacted.

— Central CA coastal region from Santa Barbara north to Monterey Bay: Wind Advisories tonight. Gusts to 40 mph. US-101, CA-1 impacted.

CA Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Warnings continue through late Monday evening. An additional 1-2 feet of snow with wind gusts 40-50 mph. Snow levels generally 3000-4000 feet. I-80, US-50 impacted.

Southern CA Coastal mountains from Ventura and Los Angeles Counties south and east to San Bernardino and Riverside Counties: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories above 5000 feet through Monday night. Expect up to 6 inches of snow below 7000 feet and 8-15 inches at higher elevations. Wind gusts 50-60 mph. I-5, I-15 impacted.

Southern CA northeast of Los Angeles south to the Mexican Border, including the Apple and Lucerne Valleys and San Diego Mountains and Deserts: Wind Advisories through this afternoon. Gusts 50-65 mph. I-8, I-10, I-15 impacted.

— Southeast NV: Winter Storm Warning above 5000 feet through Tuesday afternoon. 5-10 inches of snow and wind gusts to 25 mph. US-93 impacted.


— Northeast MT and adjacent northwest ND: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today.

Southwest MT; much of far-western WY; portions of southeast and south-central ID: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through Monday. Snow accumulations generally 1-3 inches in the valleys and 4-8 inches in the mountains and higher passes. I-15, I-90 impacted.

Much of central and eastern UT; northern, east-central and the high elevations of southeast AZ; western and north-central NM; western CO: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through tonight. Snow will be measured in inches in the valleys and feet in the mountains. Snow levels in AZ and NM about 5500 feet. Wind gusts up to 45 mph. I-15, I-17, I-40, I-70, I-80 impacted.

North-central, central and east-central AZ above 5500 feet: Winter Storm Warning tonight through Tuesday night. An additional 6-18 inches of snow and wind gusts to 45 mph. I-17, I-40 impacted.

Southeast AZ; southern, central and eastern NM; far-west TX: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-10, the I-10/I-20 split, I-25, I-40 impacted.


— Portions of northwest and eastern ND: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-94 impacted.

Western TX Panhandle; OK Panhandle; far-west TX: High Wind Warnings and Advisories today. Gusts to 55 mph. I-10, I-20, I-27, I-40 impacted.

— Northeast TX; eastern OK; southeast KS; southwest MO; west-central and northwest AR: Wind Advisories today. Gusts 35-45 mph. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-45 impacted.

East-central NE; east-central and northeast SD: 1-4 inches snow Monday afternoon and evening. I-29, I-80, I-90 impacted.

— Eastern IA and adjacent IL; southwest WI: Isolated severe thunderstorms possible Monday afternoon and evening. I-35, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90 potentially impacted.


— Most of ME: Winter Storm Warnings (DownEast) and Advisories (elsewhere) tonight. A mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain. Up to 2-4 inches of snow, an inch of sleet and additional icing from freezing rain expected. Wind gusts to 40 mph, especially near the coast. I-95 impacted.
