Pacific:
— Western WA: Flood Watches and Warnings through this afternoon for sustained heavy rains. I-5, I-90 potentially impacted.
— Eastern WA and northern ID: High Wind Warnings continue through late this morning. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 impacted.
— East-central WA and adjacent ID: Flood Warning on Paradise Creek in Moscow through Sunday afternoon. Moderate flooding expected.
— Western WA Olympic Mountains above 2000 feet: Winter Weather Advisory late this evening through Sunday afternoon. 2-13 inches snow expected.
— Western WA, east slopes Cascades: Winter Weather Advisories above 2500 feet. Snow accumulations 4-12 inches. I-90 impacted.
— North-central and northeast WA: Winter Storm Warnings early Sunday through Monday morning. Total snow accumulations 10-24 inches. Winds gusting to 35 mph.
— Central and south-central OR: Winter Weather Advisories for southern Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains above 4000 feet Sunday and Sunday night. 3-10 inches snow expected, with gusts to 40 mph.
— Southwest OR: Wind Advisory this morning. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5 impacted.
— South-central and southeast OR: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through midday today. Gusts 55-65 mph. US-395 impacted.
— Northwest CA: Winter Storm Warnings and Watches above 3000 feet Sunday and Sunday night. Snow accumulations up to 11 inches and wind gusts to 35 mph.
— CA Sierra Nevada: Winter Storm Warnings Sunday afternoon through late Tuesday night. Total snow accumulations generally 1-4 feet. Wind gusts 35-50 mph, expect much higher on the Sierra ridge lines. I-80, US-50, US-395 impacted.
— Central, east-central and northeast NV: Winter Storm Watches late Sunday night through early Tuesday morning. Snow accumulations could range from 2-6 inches in the valleys to 1-2 feet for the mountains. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Southern CA Ventura, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara County Mountains: Wind Advisories through this evening. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5 impacted.
Mountain:
— Northwest MT West Glacier region; southwest MT; central and east-central ID: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through early afternoon. Total snow accumulations 6-14 inches. Wind gusts 45-70 mph.
— Much of southern ID: High Wind Warnings and Advisories though this evening. Gusts to 60 mph. I-15, I-84 impacted.
— Almost all MT except for the northwest mountains: High Wind Warnings through this evening. Gusts 60-70mph. I-15, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— South-central MT; western WY and adjacent southeast ID; northeast UT: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through this evening. Snow accumulations will range from 4-8 inches in valley to 1-2 feet in higher elevations. Wind gusts 30-60 mph. Teton and Togwotee Passes highly impacted. I-15 (ID), I-80 (UT) impacted.
— North-central WY Cody Foothills. High Wind Warning through this evening. Gusts 60-80 mph.
— South-central WY and north-central CO, between I-80 and I-70: Winter Weather Advisories through Sunday evening. Snow accumulations 6-12 inches and wind gusts to 45 mph.
— Central, south-central and southeast WY and extreme southwest NE; also WY Cody Foothills and Wind River Mountains: High Wind Warnings through tonight. Gusts 60-85 mph. Strongest winds in southeast portion of state and in the Wind River Range. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— North-central CO Front Range Foothills west of I-25: High Wind through this evening. Wind Gusts to 90 mph possible. I-70 impacted.
— North-central and east-central NM: Wind Advisories today. Gusts to 55 mph. I-25, I-40 impacted.

— ND and adjacent northwest MN; west-central and northern SD: Wind Advisories Sunday afternoon and evening. Gusts 50-55 mph. I-29, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Eastern WI along Lake Michigan; central and northeast IL, including the Chicago region: High Wind Warnings through this evening. Strongest winds late morning and early afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. Major highways impacted include I-39, I-41, I-43, I-55, I-57, I-72, I-74, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94
— Eastern and southern WI; IL; eastern IA; eastern MO; western KY; western TN; northeast AR; northwest MS: Wind Advisories through this evening.
