  • Strong thunderstorms, heavy rains, and flash flooding possible over Iowa tonight and early Sunday morning.
  • Much of the country will enjoy typical late-summer, quiet weather good for RV travel and camping.

Pacific:

— No significant weather impacts to RV travel today or Saturday.

Mountain:

— Portions of southeast ID: Wind Advisory this afternoon and evening Gusts to 50 mph. I-15 impacted.

— Western and southwest MT; northwest and west-central WY: Strong winds Saturday afternoon and evening. Gusts 30-40 mph in lower elevations and 40-50 mph on ridge tops. I-15, I-90 impacted.

Central:

— Central, south-central and southeast ND, and adjacent SD: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-94 impacted.

—Most of IA: Heavy rains and the chance for flash flooding tonight and early Sunday. Up to 3 inches of rain possible. I-35, I-80 potentially impacted.

Eastern:

— North-central and northeast FL and adjacent GA: Dense Fog Advisories this morning. I-10, I-75, I-95 impacted.
