Pacific:

— Southeast WA; northeast and north-central OR: Freezing Fog Advisories this morning. I-82, I-84, US-395 impacted.

Southern CA Los Angeles and Santa Monica County Mountains; Santa Clarita Valley and portions of Ventura county: High Wind Warning through this afternoon. Gusts to 70 mph. I-5, I-10, US-101 impacted.

Southern CA San Diego County valleys and mountains: Wind Advisory continues through this afternoon. Gusts 40-55 mph. I-8 impacted.

— Southeast CA Imperial County. Wind Advisory this morning. Gusts to 45 mph. I-8, I-10 impacted.

Mountain:

Portions of southeast WY: High Wind Watch this evening through Sunday morning. Gusts to 60 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

— Southeast NM: Winter Weather Advisory through midday today for freezing drizzle.

Central:

Portions of west and southwest TX: Winter Weather Advisories through midday today for freezing drizzle. I-10, I-20 impacted.

— Western MI Upper Peninsula and adjacent north-central WI: Winter Weather Advisory today and tonight for lake effect snow. Up to 5-9 inches expected with wind gusts 30-40 mph. US-2, US-51, MI-28 impacted.

Eastern:

Eastern MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through Sunday morning. 5-8 inches new snow and wind gusts to 35 mph. I-75, MI-28 impacted.

Western and central MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings through Sunday morning for lake effect snow. Total new snow accumulations will range from 4 to 11 inches with winds gusting 35-40 mph. I-69, I-75, I-94, I-96, I-196, US-131 impacted.

Northeast OH; northwest PA; western NY downwind of Lakes Erie and Ontario from Cleveland to Erie, Buffalo and Niagara Falls: Lake Effect Snow Warnings in effect this evening through Sunday. New snow accumulations generally 6-12 inches expect 8-16 inches from Buffalo to Niagara Falls. Winds gusting 35-40 mph, with higher gusts on the lakeshore.
