  • Flash flooding potential for western Texas Sunday and Sunday night.

Pacific:

— Southeast CA; western and central AZ: Flood Watches through late night associated with a low pressure system moving through the region. I-8, I-10, I-17, I-40 potentially impacted.

Southeast CA; southwest and south-central AZ: Strong to marginally severe thunderstorms possible today. Damaging winds are the primary threat. I-8, I-10, I-17, I-40 potentially impacted.

Mountain:

North-central UT, north of Salt Lake City: Wind Advisory this evening through Sunday morning. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-15, I-84 impacted.

Central NM including Albuquerque: High Wind Watch late tonight through Sunday afternoon. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-25, I-40 potentially impacted.

— South-central and southeast NM: Strong to marginally severe thunderstorms possible Sunday. Hail is the primary threat. I-10, I-25 potentially impacted.

Central:

Western TX and adjacent southeast NM: Flood Watches Sunday and Sunday night. 1-2 inches of rain possible. I-10, I-20 potentially impacted.

— Western and central TX: Strong to marginally severe thunderstorms possible Sunday. Hail, damaging winds and a brief tornado or two are all possible. I-10, I-20, I-35, I-45 potentially impacted.

Southern and central OK; central AR to Memphis TN: Slight risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. These storms may be accompanied by damaging winds and large hail. Greatest threat is along and to the south of the I-40 corridor. I-35, I-40, I-44, I-55 potentially impacted.

Eastern:

Western and central MI Upper Peninsula: Lake effect snow likely Sunday night and Monday. 4-10 inches accumulation possible. Advisories likely forthcoming. US-2, US-41 to be impacted.

— Western NY: Strong winds this morning. Gusts 35-45 mph. I-81, I-90 / NY Thruway impacted.

— Downeast ME: Flood Advisories and Watches through mid-morning. I-95 potentially impacted.

— Most of VT and adjacent eastern NY; western MA; northern CT: Dense Fog this morning. I-84, I-87, I-89, I-90, I-91, NY Thruway, Mass Pike impacted.
