Pacific:
— Most of WA from the Cascades and eastward; northern ID: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today and tonight. Additional snow accumulations will range from a couple of inches in the southeast portion of the state, to 4-10 inches elsewhere, and 10 inches or more in the Cascades. I-82, I-90, US-395 impacted.
— Southeast WA; north-central and northeast OR: High Wind Warnings and Advisories today in the Blue Mountains. Wind gusts 55-60 mph. I-84 impacted.
— OR Cascades; central and northeast OR: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through Sunday morning. In general, 2-6 inches snow in lower elevations and 6-12 inches or more in higher elevations. Winds may gust to 35 mph in exposed areas. I-84, US-395 impacted.
— South-central OR: Wind Advisories today. Gusts to 50 mph.
— Northern CA above 3000 feet. Winter Storm Warnings continue today. Total snow accumulations 6-10 inches and wind gusts to 65 mph in Shasta Valley. I-5 impacted.
— CA Sierra Nevada: Winter Storm Warnings above 4000 feet continue through Sunday night. Total snow accumulations of 2-5 feet will be common. Wind gusts 60-80 mph. Snow levels drop below 3000 feet on Sunday. I-80, US-50 highly impacted.
— Most of CA west of I-5 and south of Mendocino; Sacramento Valley: Wind Advisories today. Gusts 30-55 mph. I-5, I-80, US-101, CA-1, CA-99 impacted.
— Southern CA Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara County Mountains: Winter Storm Watches above 3500 feet late Sunday night through Monday afternoon. Snow accumulations 1-3 inches above 3500 feet and 3-8 inches above 5000 feet. I-5, I-15 potentially impacted.
— Southern CA Mountains north to San Luis Obispo County and northwest of Los Angeles: High Wind Warnings this afternoon and tonight. Gusts to 65 mph. I-5, US-101 impacted.
— Southern CA Los Angeles Mountains: Flash Flood Watch over burn scars in the mountains late tonight through Sunday afternoon. I-10 potentially impacted.
— Southern CA interior deserts, especially north of I-15: Wind Advisories this afternoon through midday Sunday. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-15, I-40, CA-58 impacted.
— Southern CA San Diego County mountains and deserts: Wind Advisories Sunday and Sunday night. Gusts 35-45 mph. I-8, I-10 impacted.
— Western NV north of I-15, along the CA north to the OR border: Wind Advisories today and tonight. Gusts 50-65 mph. I-80, US-50, US-95 impacted.
— Most of NV north of I-15 except west-central part of state: Winter Storm Warnings (central and east-central) and Advisories this evening through Sunday. Accumulations will range from a couple of inches in the high plains in the northern part of the state to 8-15 inches in the mountains to the east. Wind gusts 30-60 mph. I-80, US-50 impacted.
Mountain:
— Central and west-central ID, north of I-84 and west of I-15: Winter Storm Warnings through midday Sunday. 7-14 inches snow at lower elevations and 1-2 feet or more in the mountains.
— Southwest UT; northwest, central, east-central and southeast AZ: Winter Storm Watches Sunday and Monday above 5000 feet. Accumulations will range from 10-20 inches over the southwest UT mountains to 2-8 inches in AZ. Wind gusts to 40 mph. I-15, I-17, I-40 impacted.
— Eastern MT; northeast WY: Winter Storm Watches Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon. 6-12 inches snow possible. I-90, I-94 impacted.
Central:
— ND and adjacent MN; western and central SD; northwest and north-central NE: Winter Storm Watches late Monday night through late Wednesday night. Total snow accumulations of 6-14 inches possible with wind gusts to 40 mph. I-29, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Eastern ND and northern MN: Winter Weather Advisories through mid-morning. Sleet and freezing rain will produce a light glad this morning. I-29, I-35, I-94 impacted.
— Central and eastern TX; western LA: Isolated severe thunderstorms through tonight are possible. I-10, I-20, I-30, I-35, I-45, I-49 potentially impacted.
— Dense Fog this morning across parts of IA, the Central and Southern Plains, the Mid-South, Deep South and Gulf Coast. Most of the fog will lift by mid-morning.
Eastern:
— NY Catskill Mountains, bounded by I-81 to the west and NY Thruway to the east and north: Winter Weather Advisory early Sunday morning through Monday morning. Mixture of rain and snow in the valleys and snow at higher elevations. 3-5 inches snow expected except 6 inches at higher elevations. I-88 impacted.
— South-central PA; far-west MD; east-central WV: Winter Weather Advisories through mid-morning today for patchy light snow, sleet and freezing rain. Little if any accumulation. I-68, I-70/76/PA Turnpike, I-99, US-219, US-220 slightly impacted.
— Southern IN; KY; TN; much of northern FL: Dense Fog Advisories this morning.
