Pacific:
— Northeast OR: Winter Weather Advisories this evening through Tuesday night. 3-9 inches of snow expected. I-84 impacted.
— Southern CA valleys and mountains east, northeast, north and northwest of Los Angeles: Wind Advisories through this afternoon. Gusts 40-50 mph. I-5, I-10, I-15, US-101 impacted.
Mountain:
— Western and central MT, eastern and southeast ID, far-western WY, northeast UT: Winter Storm Watches and Advisories late tonight through Wednesday. Likely snow accumulations range from 4-8 inches in MT, 8-16 inches in WY and 10-20 inches in the Wasatch Mountains of UT. I-15, I-25, I-80, I-84, I-90 impacted.
— Southeast WY; western and central NE: Winter Storm Watches Tuesday evening and Wednesday. Snow accumulations up to 6 inches in NE and 5-10 inches in WY. I-25, I-80 impacted.
Central:
— Southern WI, northern IL: Winter Weather Advisories through midday today. 2-4 inches additional snow accumulation expected. Major highways impacted include I-35, I-39, I-55, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94 and access roads around Chicago.
Eastern:
— Northern and central MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories through this afternoon. 3-6 inches snow. I-69, I-75 impacted.
— Southeast IL; Southern IN; central and southwest OH; adjacent KY: Flood Warnings, Watches and Advisories through this afternoon. I-64, I-65, I-70, I-71, I-75 and surrounding highways potentially impacted.
— Southern and eastern PA; western NJ; northern DE; MD except Eastern Shore; DC; WV; southeast OH; western and northern VA; most of KY; central and western TN; northwest AL; northern GA; western NC: Slight risk of severe thunderstorms through late this evening. Primary risk is damaging wind gusts although a tornado or two is possible over eastern KY, eastern TN and northern AL. I-64, I-79, I-81 are in the heart of the warning area. I-80 is on the northern boundary and I-65 marks the southern / southeast boundary.
— Eastern WV; western MD; western and southern VA; DELMARVA Peninsula; south-central and southeast PA; NJ: Wind Advisories this afternoon through early tonight. Gusts 45-50 mph. Major highways impacted include I-64, I-68, I-70, I-76, I-80, I-81, I-85, I-95, I-99, PA Turnpike, NJ Turnpike.
— Northern VT: Flood Watch through Tuesday morning for a combination of rain and ice jams on rivers. I-89, I-91, I-93 potentially impacted.
