Pacific:

— WA Northern Cascades above 4000 feet: Winter Weather Advisory today and tonight. Additional accumulation 4-8 inches snow likely. WA-20 impacted.

— Southern CA mountains north and northwest of Los Angeles: Wind Advisory through this afternoon. Gusts 45-50 mph. I-5, I-10, US-101 impacted.

Mountain:

— Eastern half of northern ID and adjacent northwest MT: Winter Weather Advisories midday today through Tuesday morning. Snow accumulations will range from 2-5 inches at 3000 feet to 4-8 inches at and above 4000 feet. I-90 impacted.

— Eastern MT and adjacent western ND; northeast WY and adjacent northwest SD: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories continue through midday today. Additional accumulations of 2-4 inches with wind gusts to 50 mph. I-25, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— Central and eastern MT; northwest SD: Strong winds Tuesday afternoon and evening. Gusts to 40 mph. I-90, I-94 impacted.

— SD Southern foothills and southern Black Hills: High Wind Warning through midday today. Gusts to 60 mph.

— Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings this evening through Tuesday morning. Gusts to 60 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

— South-central CO and north-central NM Sangre de Cristo Mountains: Winter Weather Advisory today. Additional accumulations of 2 inches snow likely.

— Northwest, central and southern NM; adjacent far-west TX: Wind Advisories from late this morning through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-10, I-25, I-40 impacted.

Central:

— Most of ND and adjacent northwest MN; north-central and northeast SD: Wind Advisories through this evening. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-29, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— West TX: Wind Advisories late this morning through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-10, I-20 impacted.

— Northeast MN including the Arrowhead; northwest WI; western and central MI Upper Peninsula: Wind Advisories today. Gusts to 45 mph. I-35, US-2, US-41, US-53, MI-28 impacted.

— Central and eastern TX, central and southeast OK; AR; northern and western LA: Severe thunderstorms possible this evening and tonight. Damaging winds will be the main hazard from these storms although a couple of tornadoes are possible after dark. Greatest risk is over eastern and southeast TX. I-10, I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-45, I-49 potentially impacted.

— Southeast KS; southwest and west-central MO; central and eastern OK; western AR; northeast TX: Slight risk for flash floods from heavy rainfall today and tonight. Up to 2-3 inches of rainfall possible. I-30, I-40, I-44, I-70 potentially impacted.

— Central and western KY; TN; eastern AR; most of LA; MS; AL; western GA; western FL Panhandle: Strong to severe thunderstorms possible Tuesday and Tuesday night. All hazards, including a tornado or two are possible. Area of greatest risk is southern MS and southwest AL. I-10, I-12, I-20, I-22, I-24, I-40, I-55, I-59, I-64, I-65, I-69, I-75, I-81 I-85 potentially impacted.
