Pacific:
— Central CA San Joaquin Valley: Excessive Heat Warnings through this evening. High temperatures 103-108 deg F each day. I-5, CA-99 impacted.
Mountain:
— Portions of eastern ID; southwest MT; west-central, central, east-central and northeast WY; northwest NE: Wind Advisories (MT) and strong winds this afternoon and early this evening. Gusts 30-40 mph. I-15, I-25, I-84, I-90 impacted.
— North-central, central and southwest MT: High Wind Warnings this afternoon and tonight. Gusts to 65 mph. I-15, I-90 impacted.
— Northeast MT and northwest ND: Widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible this afternoon in MT, then spreading eastward. Very strong winds and large hail are the primary threats.
— Northern AZ lower elevations of Glen Canyon and Grand Canyon: Excessive Heat Warnings through Wednesday evening. Temperatures as high as 112 deg F.
Central:
— Northern ND, northern MN, northern WI: Widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible this evening. Very strong winds and large hail are the primary threats. I-29, I-35, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Southern ND; most of SD: Strong winds gusting 35-50 mph likely Tuesday afternoon and evening. I-29, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Northeast ND; northern and northeast MN; northern and central WI: Widely scattered thunderstorms possible Tuesday and Tuesday night. Severe wind gusts and large hail are the primary threats. I-29, I-35, I-39, I-43, I-94 potentially impacted.
— North-central, Central and south-central ND: Excessive Heat Warnings this afternoon and evening. Heat index values may reach 108 deg F.
— Most of OK; central and much of northern TX: Excessive Heat Warnings through Tuesday evening. Heat index values above 110 deg F. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40, I-44, I-45 impacted.
Eastern:
— MI Upper Peninsula: Widely scattered severe thunderstorms possible this evening and again Tuesday and Tuesday night. Very strong winds and large hail are the primary threats.
— Southern and southeast OH; adjacent KY; western WV; southwest PA: Flood Watch through midday today for excessive rainfall. I-64, I-70, I-71, I-75, I-77, I-79 potentially impacted.
— Northern and eastern NY; western MA; western CT; VT; NH; most of ME away from the immediate coast: Heavy rains today and tonight. Isolated flooding possible. I-81, I-84, I-88, I-87, I-89, I-91, I-93, I-95 potentially impacted.
