— Central CA, mostly west of I-5, between Big Sur and Pt. Arena, including the Bay Area: Flood Warnings (Salinas River), Advisories and Watches continue through this evening for excessive rainfall and runoff. I-5 (south of Sacramento), I-80, US-101, CA-1 potentially impacted.
— Central CA coastal region from Santa Barbara north to Pt. Arena: Wind Advisories this morning. Gusts 35-45 mph. US-101, CA-1 impacted.
— CA Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Storm Warnings continue through tonight. An additional 6-24 inches of snow likely. Snow levels generally 3500-4000 feet. I-80, US-50 impacted.
— Most of central NV; eastern NV north of I-15: Winter Storm Warnings (southeast NV) and Advisories (elsewhere) through Tuesday. Snow accumulations generally 2-8 inches in the valleys and 8-16 inches in the higher elevations. Wind gusts to 30 mph. I-80, US-6, US-50, US-93, US-95 impacted.
— Southwest CA; southeast CA along and north of I-40; southern NV: Wind Advisories today and this evening. Gusts mostly 35-45 mph, expect up to 60 mph in the San Diego County Mountains. Major highways impacted include I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15, I-40, US-101, CA-58.
— Southern CA Coastal mountains from Ventura and Los Angeles Counties south and east to San Bernardino and Riverside Counties: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories above 5000 feet through tonight. Expect up to 6 inches of snow below 7000 feet and 8-15 inches at higher elevations. Wind gusts 50-60 mph. I-5, I-15, CA-58 impacted.

—North-central and eastern MT: Dense Fog Advisories through midday today. I-94 impacted.
— Southeast WY: Winter Weather Advisory today. Up to 2 inches snow. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— Southeast WY: Strong winds through mid-afternoon. Gusts to 50 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— Central and southwest MT: Winter Weather Advisories through this afternoon. 1-2 inches snow in the valleys and 2-4 inches at higher elevations. Snow will be mixed with freezing drizzle and a glaze of ice. I-15, I-90 impacted.
— Portions of western WY: Winter Weather Advisories continue through this morning. Total snow accumulations 5-8 inches.
— Much of UT; northwest and northern, east-central and the high elevations of southeast AZ; western and north-central NM; western CO: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through Tuesday night. Snow accumulations generally 2-8 inches in the valleys and 1-2 feet in the mountains. Snow levels in AZ and NM about 5500 feet. Wind gusts up 35-40 mph. I-15, I-17, I-40, I-70, I-80 impacted.

— Most of eastern ND north of I-90; adjacent southwest MN: Winter Weather Advisories through Tuesday morning. A mixture of snow and freezing rain. Up to 2 inches of snow. I-29, I-94 impacted.
— North-central WI; western and central MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories today for freezing rain. Up to a tenth of an inch of ice. US-2, US-8, US-51 impacted.
— Central and southern NE; northwest and north-central KS: Winter Storm Watches Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening. Snow accumulations could reach 6-10 inches. I-70, I-80 potentially impacted.

A mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain. Up to 2-4 inches of snow, an inch of sleet and additional icing from freezing rain expected. Wind gusts to 40 mph, especially near the coast.
