** Heads Up ** As of Monday morning, ALL entrances to Yellowstone National Park are CLOSED due to Flash Floods and road damage inside the Park overnight and this morning. Evacuations of visitors ongoing in the northern portion of the Park. If you are planning to visit Yellowstone in the near future, check their website for latest conditions. - Dangerous heat will expand across the center of the United States through early this week.
- Expect winter-like winds across the Northern Rockies and Four Corners Region today and Tuesday.
- Significant snow for the northern Rockies above 5000 feet late today and Tuesday, including Glacier National Park.
- Severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall are possible over parts of the Great Lakes, Midwest and Ohio Valley.

Pacific:
— North-central, northeast and eastern WA; northern ID: Flood Watches through this evening for excessive rainfall. I-90 potentially impacted.
— Central WA: Wind Advisory Kittitas Valley today. Gusts to 50 mph. I-82, I-90 impacted.
— Southern CA, north of Los Angeles, from the Santa Barbara Coast, the Ventura and Los Angeles County Mountains, eastward to the Mojave Desert: High Wind Warnings and Advisories today. Wind gusts 40-60 mph. Strongest winds along the I-5 corridor. I-5, I-15, I-40, US-101, CA-58 impacted.
— Interior Southern CA Riverside County Mountains and San Diego County Deserts: Wind Advisory through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-8, I-10 impacted.
— Northeast and central NV: Wind Advisory through this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-80, US-50 impacted.
Mountain:
— North-central ID and adjacent northwest MT: Flood Watches through this afternoon for excessive rainfall. I-90 potentially impacted.
— North-central MT: Flood Watch through Wednesday for a combination of excessive rainfall and melting snow.
— Portions of northwest MT, including Glacier NP: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this evening through Tuesday night above 5000 feet. Snow accumulations will range from 3-8 inches at 5000 feet to potentially up to 2 feet of snow above 7000 feet.
— Central MT: Winter Weather Advisory above 6000 feet. 3-7 inches snow likely.
— Northwest, north-central and central MT: High Wind Warnings and Watches tonight through Wednesday evening. Gusts 60-70 mph, with highest winds along the Rocky Mountain Front. I-15 impacted.
— Southeast MT and northeast WY: Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorm possible this afternoon and evening. Damaging winds and large hail are the primary threats. I-90 potentially impacted.
— Southeast ID: Wind Advisory today. Gusts to 45 mph. I-15, I-84 impacted.
— Southeast WY: High Wind Watch late tonight through Tuesday. Gusts to 60 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— Southern and eastern UT; northeast AZ; western CO; northwest NM: High Wind Warnings and Advisories today and this evening. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-40, I-70 impacted.
— Central and northern AZ; central and northern NM; southwest and south-central CO: Although no wind advisories or warnings are issued, expect wind gusts 30-40 mph this afternoon and evening. I-25, I-40, I-70 impacted.
Central:
— Much of the central time zone east of I-35 and south of I-90 is under heat advisories or excessive heat warnings today.
— Most of ND; northern, central and western SD; Scattered severe thunderstorms today. Large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes are all possible. I-29, I-90, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Eastern ND and northwest MN: Isolated severe thunderstorms possible Tuesday. Large hail will be the main threat. I-29, I-94 potentially impacted.
— Southeast MN; eastern IA; southern WI; northern and northeast IL: Scattered severe thunderstorms today. Large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes are all possible. Some wind gusts may be greater than 75 mph. I-39, I-43, I-80, I-88, I-90 potentially impacted.

— Northern IN; southern MI; OH; southwest PA; western MD; northern WV: Scattered severe thunderstorms today. Large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes are all possible. Some wind gusts may be greater than 75 mph. I-65, I-68, I-69, I-70, I-71, I-75, I-76, I-77, I-79 I-80, I-90, I-94, IN Tollroad, OH Turnpike potentially impacted.
