— Southeast WY: High Wind Watches late tonight through Tuesday afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. I-25 between Wheatland and Chugwater, and I-80 between Laramie and Rawlins potentially impacted.
— South-central NM: Dense Fog Advisory this morning. I-25 impacted.
Central:
— Southwest TX: Flood Watches continue through Tuesday morning. Up to 1-2 inches of rain possible with locally heavier amounts. I-10, I-20 potentially impacted.
— WI; southeast MN; IA; northwest IL; northwestern half of MO; southeast NE; eastern KS; central OK: Strong to marginally severe thunderstorms Tuesday. Damaging winds and hail are the main threats.
