Pacific:

— North-central and northeast OR: Freezing Fog Advisory this morning. I-84 impacted.

— Northern CA Sacramento Valley and Delta: Wind Advisory today. Gusts to 40 mph. I-5 impacted.

Northern CA west slopes northern Sierra Nevada Mountains: Wind Advisory today. Gusts 40-60 mph. I-80 impacted.

Southern CA north and northwest of Los Angeles: High Wind Watch Friday evening through Saturday morning. Gusts to 65 mph. I-5 impacted.

Southern CA San Diego County valleys and mountains: Wind Advisory Friday night through Sunday afternoon. Gusts 40-55 mph. I-8 impacted.

Mountain:

— Portions of north-central and central MT: Winter Weather Advisory today for blowing and drifting snow. Wind gusts 35-45 mph.

— North-central CO along and west of the I-25 corridor: Winter Weather Advisories through mid-morning. Another inch or two of snow possible. I-25, I-70, I-76 impacted.

— Portions of north-central and central NM: Freezing Fog Advisory this morning. I-25 impacted.

— Southeast NM and far-west TX: Winter Weather Advisory Saturday morning for a light mixture of snow, freezing drizzle and freezing fog. I-10, I-20 impacted.

Central:

— Portions of west and southwest TX: Winter Weather Advisory Saturday morning for a light mixture of snow, freezing drizzle and freezing fog. I-10, I-20 impacted.

Western and central ND; northwest and north-central SD: Wind Advisories today. Gusts to 55 mph with blowing and drifting snow. I-94 impacted.

— Northwest AR: Winter Weather Advisory this morning. Up to 1/2 inch snow accumulation.

— Northwest and north-central WI: Winter Storm Warnings through mid-morning for lake effect snow. Up to 2 inches additional accumulation.

Eastern:

— North-central MI Upper Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisory through mid-morning for lake effect snow. 1-3 inches additional accumulation. US-41, MI-28 impacted.

Western and central MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through Saturday morning for lake effect snow. Total accumulations will range from 2-7 inches to 8-14 inches in favored locations, especially southwest MI. I-69, I-75, I-94, I-96, I-196, US-131 impacted.

Northeast OH; northwest PA; western NY downwind of Lakes Erie and Ontario: Winter Storm Watches in effect Saturday evening through Sunday evening. Lake effect snow in excess of 8 inches possible with wind gusts to 45 mph. I-71, I-79, I-81, I-90, NY Thruway potentially impacted.

Western NY downwind of Lakes Erie and Ontario: Lake Effect Snow Warnings today. Total accumulations of 2-4 feet of snow, especially in the favored locations. I-79, I-81, I-90, NY Thruway highly impacted.
