— West-central OR: Dense Fog Advisory through mid-morning. I-5, US-101 impacted.

— Southwest coastal OR, northwest coastal CA: High Wind Warnings and Advisories this evening through Thursday morning. Gusts 50-60 mph. US-101 impacted.

— South-central OR, extreme northwest CA: High Wind Warnings this evening and Thursday. Gusts 55-70 mph.

— Southwest NE Panhandle, adjacent northeast CO: Dense Fog Advisory through midmorning. I-76, I-80 impacted.

— MI Upper Peninsula snow belts, Winter Weather Advisories for Lake Effect snow through midday. Additional accumulations 2-4 inches. Little if any accumulation on the immediate lakeshores.

— Western NY snow belts: Winter Weather Advisories for Lake Effect rain/snow mix downwind of Lake Ontario through. A couple inches accumulation possible away from the immediate lakeshore. I-90 / NY Thruway marginally impacted.
