- Next Pacific storm will bring heavy rain and high snow levels and a risk of flooding to eastern Washington on Thursday.

— Eastern WA, especially Olympic and northern Cascade Ranges: Up to 2-4 inches of rain on Thursday with snow levels above 9000 feet. Slight risk of flooding. I-5, I-90 potentially impacted.
— CA Southern Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys: Dense Fog Advisories through midday. I-5, CA-99 impacted.
— Southern CA San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties: Dense Fog Advisory through late morning. US-101 impacted.
— Southern CA, portions of Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties: Wind Advisory through midday today. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5, I-10, I-15, US-101 impacted.
— Central ID and adjacent western MT: Winter Weather Advisories through midmorning. 1-3 inches snow expected.
— Western MT: Winter Weather Advisories through midday today. A few inches of snow above 5000 feet and freezing rain possible below 5000 feet. I-90 impacted.
— Northwest and west-central WY: Winter Weather Advisories for Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and the Gros Ventre Mountains. 3-10 inches snow expected.
— Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings through this afternoon. Gusts to 65 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— North-central CO: Winter Weather Advisories above 9000 feet though midday today. Total accumulations of 4-8 inches snow expected. I-70 just south of advisory area.
— ND, SD, NE, western MN: Expect very strong winds Thursday and especially Thursday afternoon. Gusts 45-55 mph. Expect snow over the eastern Dakotas and MN which combined with strong winds will create near-blizzard conditions. Travel on I-29, I-80, I-90, I-94 will become very difficult by Thursday afternoon. Expect the NWS to issue additional warnings and advisories.
— Southeast NM, adjacent far-western TX: Dense Fog Advisory through mid-morning. I-20 just to south of advisory.
— Western SD: Wind Advisory today. Gusts to 45 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Northeast SD: Winter Storm Watch Thursday evening through Friday afternoon. 2-4 inches snow with gusts to 50 mph may create near-blizzard conditions. I-29 impacted.
— North-central NE: High Wind Watch Thursday: Gusts could be in excess of 55 mph.
— Central and northeast OK, northeast TX: Scattered severe thunderstorms possible this afternoon and evening. I-20, I-35, I-40, I-44 potentially impacted.
— Central AR, western TN, northern MS: Dense Fog Advisories through midmorning. I-40, I-55 impacted.
— Eastern IL, central and northern IN, southern MI, western OH: Dense Fog Advisories through midmorning. Roads impacted include I-57, I-65, I-69, I-70, I-74, I-75, I-80, I-90, I-94.
