—Western WA and OR; south-central and northern OR and adjacent WA: Dense Fog, Freezing Fog and Air Stagnation Advisories through early afternoon. I-5, I-84, I-90 impacted.

— Central CA: Dense Fog Advisory through midmorning for the Santa Barbara County coast. US-101 CA-1 impacted.

— Southern CA around the Greater Los Angeles area, including Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange Counties, the Santa Ana Mountains and Inland Empire: Wind Advisories this afternoon through midday Wednesday. Gusts to 50 mph. Major highways impacted include I-5, I-10, I-15, US-101.

— South-central MT Livingston Area and Beartooth Foothills: Wind Advisory this evening through midday Wednesday. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 impacted.

— Southeast WY: High Wind Watch early Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon. Gusts to 65 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

— Northeast and eastern CO; adjacent WY; south-central NE: western and central KS: Winter Storm Warnings (KS) and Advisories today. 2-5 inches snow likely expect 4-7 inches over parts of northwest and west-central KS. I-25, I-70, I-76, I-80 impacted.

— Northeast and central NM: Winter Storm Warnings (north of I-40 and east of I-25) and Advisories late this afternoon through midday Wednesday. Snow developing Tuesday evening and continuing Tuesday night. 2-7 inches snow expected. Advisories are to the east and north of Albuquerque. I-25, I-40 impacted.

— Central NM Middle Rio Grande Valley including Albuquerque: Wind Advisory this evening and tonight. Gusts to 45 mph. I-25, I-40 impacted.

— NM/TX border and western TX Panhandle: A combination of light snow and freezing rain expected Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. No advisories yet, but will likely be issued later today. I-40 potentially impacted.

— Central and eastern ND; northeast SD; much of MN; north-central IA: Wind Chill Warnings through midday today. Wind chill values as low as -45 deg F. I-29, I-35, I-90, I-94 impacted.

— Central and east-central TX: Dense Fog Advisories through late morning. I-10, I-20, I-35, I-45 impacted.

— MI shorelines of Lakes Superior and Michigan: Winter Weather Advisories today .Accumulations generally 2-5 inches in lake effect snow. Major highways impacted include I-196, US-31.

— Northeast OH, northwest PA and far-western NY along the Lake Erie Shoreline: Winter Weather Advisories for lake effect snow late this afternoon through midday Wednesday. Accumulations generally 4-6 inches. I-79, I-90, NY Thruway and OH Turnpike impacted.

— Far-western MD; south-central PA west of I-99: Winter Weather Advisories continue through midmorning. Additional accumulation around 1 inch snow. I-68, I-70/76 / PA Turnpike impacted.

— Coastal ME: Winter Weather Advisories through this afternoon. 3-5 inches snow expected. Advisory area to the east of I-95.

— FL Peninsula: Rain showers and isolated thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. No advisories expected.
