— Southern CA Greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas: High Wind Warnings (San Diego County) and Advisories this evening through Friday evening. Gusts 50-60 mph. Major highways impacted include I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15 ,US-101.
— Central and east-central AZ in the mountains north and northeast of Phoenix, including the Flagstaff region: Wind Advisory this evening through Friday morning. Gusts to 45 mph except gusts 50-60 mph on south-facing terrain. I-17, I-40 impacted.
— South-central MT Livingston Area and Beartooth Foothills: Wind Advisory this evening through Saturday evening. Gusts to 70 mph. I-90 impacted.
— Southeast MT and north-central WY: Winter Weather Advisory through midday today. Up to two inches new snow expected. I-25 / I-90 impacted.
— Northeast WY and west-central SD Black Hills: Winter Weather Advisory today. 2-5 inches snow expected. I-90 impacted.
— Northeast CO along the Front Range from Denver northwards to the WY border: Winter Weather Advisory through this afternoon. 2-4 inches snow expected, except higher amounts in the foothills. I-25, I-70, I-76 impacted.
— Far-west TX and adjacent south-central NM: Wind Advisory tonight. Gusts to 50 mph. I-10 impacted.
— Southeast NM, western and northwest TX, southwest OK: Freezing Fog Advisories through midday today. I-10, I-20, I-40 impacted.
— Eastern ND, northwest MN: Winter Weather Advisories through midday today. Falling light snow, blowing snow and wind gusts to 40 mph will produce near blizzard conditions this morning. I-29, I-94 impacted.
— Northwest MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisory through Friday morning for lake effect snow. 3-6 inches accumulation expected in places. Advisory region is to the west of I-75. US-31 and Traverse City impacted.
— Northwest IN Lake County including Gary IN: Winter Storm Watch this evening through Friday afternoon for heavy lake effect snow accumulating 6 or more inches downwind of Lake Michigan. I-65, I-80/90/IN Toll Road potentially impacted.
— Western NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Winter Weather Advisory this evening through Friday morning for lake effect snow. 4-7 inches expected in heavier bands. Advisory region is to the north of I-90 / NY Thruway. I-81 impacted.
— Southeast and eastern VA including I-95 and Richmond but south of Fredricksburg; northeast NC: Winter Storm Watches Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon. Accumulations 2-6 inches with greatest amounts of snow expected to the east. Wind gusts 30-45 mph with highest gusts along the coast and in the eastern portions of the watch area. I-64, I-95 impacted.
— DELMARVA Peninsula; southern and central NJ and adjacent southeast PA including Philadelphia; extreme southern NY including NY City and Long Island; southern and eastern CT: Winter Storm Watches Friday evening through Saturday evening. Snowfall accumulations range from 4-9 inches over southeast PA to 6-12 inches elsewhere. Gusts to 45 mph expected. I-84, I-95, I-295, PA Turnpike, NJ Turnpike, US-13, US-301 will be among the majors highways highly impacted.
— RI, central and eastern MA: Winter Storm Watches late Friday night through Saturday evening. Snow could accumulate 8-17 inches and winds gusts to 60 mph, especially near the coast. Travel will basically cease. I-90 / MA Turnpike, I-95 highly impacted.
— Central and southern NH, most of ME: Expect near blizzard conditions Saturday and Saturday night with heavy snow and high winds. Watches and warnings have not yet been issued but they will be coming, likely this afternoon or tonight. I-89, I-93, I-95 will be impacted.
