— Western WA from I-90 northwards: Flood Warnings and Watches through Tuesday afternoon. River runoff combined with additional heavy rains expected tonight and Sunday create high potential for flooding conditions. I-5, I-90 potentially impacted.

— Coastal WA: Wind Advisory through this afternoon. Gusts to 55 mph. US-101 impacted.

— Northwest WA east of Puget Sound, north of Seattle: Wind Advisory through this afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. I-5 impacted.

— Eastern WA, northern ID: Wind Advisories today; High Wind Watch for Monday afternoon and evening. Gusts 55-60 mph. I-90 impacted.

— Northwest CA, Humbolt Coast: Dense Fog Advisory through late this morning. CA-1 impacted.

— CA Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys and San Francisco Bay Area: Dense Fog Advisories through midday. I-5, I-80, CA-99 impacted.

—Central and north-central MT: High Wind Warnings and Advisories today through midday Tuesday. Gusts 50-80 mph. Highest gusts along the Rocky Mountain Front. I-15, I-90 impacted.

— Northwest, central and south-central WY: High Wind Watches Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon. Gusts 60-75 mph. I-25 I-80 impacted.

Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings through Monday afternoon. Gusts to 65 mph. Particularly high risk for vehicle blow-overs between mile markers 40 and 80 along I-25. I-80 also impacted.

— Central and eastern IA, adjacent western IL: Wind Advisory through midday. Gusts to 45 mph. I-35, I-80 impacted.

— Central, east-central and northeast WI: Winter Weather Advisory through midday. 1-2 inches snow expected. I-90 impacted.

— Central Upper Peninsula MI, along Lake Superior: Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon and tonight. 4-7 inches snow.

— Western Lower Peninsula MI, north of Grand Rapids: Winter Weather Advisories through this afternoon. 1-3 inches snow.

— Eastern WV, far-western MD: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon through Monday morning. 3-5 inches snow and wind gusts to 45 mph. I-68 impacted.

— Southwest VA: Wind Advisory from Roanoke southwestward this afternoon through Monday morning. Gusts to 50 mph. I-77, I-81 impacted.
