— Western WA from I-90 northwards: Flood Warnings and Watches through Tuesday afternoon. River runoff combined with additional heavy rains expected tonight and Sunday create high potential for flooding conditions. I-5, I-90 potentially impacted.
— Northwest OR I-5 corridor, including Portland, and adjacent WA: Dense Fog Advisory through mid-morning. I-5 impacted.
— CA Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys and San Francisco Bay Area: Dense Fog Advisories through midday. I-5, I-80, CA-99 impacted.
— Central CA San Luis Obispo Coastline: Wind Advisory through midmorning. Gusts to 40 mph. US-101 impacted.
—North-central, central and southeast MT; southwest ND; northwest and central SD: High Wind Warnings, Watches and Advisories through Tuesday morning. Winds today may gust 60-70 mph. On Sunday afternoon and Monday, winds over north-central and central MT may gust to 80 mph with gusts 80-100 mph along the Rocky Mountain Front. I-15, I-90, I-94 impacted.
— Northeast MT, northwest and central ND: Winter Weather Advisories through midday for a combination of snow and freezing rain. Light accumulations expected. I-94 impacted.
— Western MT: Winter Weather Advisories through midmorning. Mixture of light snow and freezing rain possible. I-90 impacted.
— Central and south-central MT: High Wind Watches and Wind Advisories from this evening through Saturday afternoon. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 east of Bozeman impacted.
— Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings and Watches through Monday afternoon. Periods of high winds, especially today and Sunday morning through Monday afternoon. Gusts to 65 mph. Particularly high risk for vehicle blow-overs between mile markers 40 and 80 along I-25. I-80 also impacted.
— MI Lower Peninsula, IN, OH, WV, western MD, PA, NY: Rain-snow mix Sunday moving across the region from west to east. Accumulations should be minimal, especially on main roads, but some snow may stick at higher elevations in WV, MD, PA and on secondary roads. No advisories issued as of Saturday morning.
— Northern NJ, southern NY, CT, RI, eastern MA: Chance of isolated strong and severe thunderstorms this afternoon. Primary threat is damaging winds. Potentially impacted highways include I-84, I-87, I-91, I-95.
— Northern and central FL Peninsula: Dense Fog Advisories through midmorning. I-4, I-10, I-75, I-95 impacted.
