— WA Cascade and Olympic Mountains: Winter Storm Watches above 3500 feet this afternoon through Tuesday evening. Up to 8-16 inches snow accumulation at higher elevations. I-90 impacted.

— WA east of Puget Sound: Wind Advisory this afternoon through Tuesday morning. Gusts to 50 mph. I-5, I-90 impacted.

— Coastal WA, coastal OR: High Wind Warnings, Watches and Advisories late this afternoon through Tuesday. Wind gusts 50-75 mph. Highest wind gusts expected tonight along south-central OR coast. US-101 impacted.

— Northwest, central and south-central OR; interior northern CA: High Wind Warnings and Advisories Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. Gusts 50-70 mph. I-5, I-84, US-101 impacted.

— Northern and central CA Coast north of Santa Cruz, including the Bay Area: Wind Advisories this evening and tonight. Gusts 45-50 mph. US-101 impacted.

— Northern CA: Winter Storm Warnings, watches and Advisories this afternoon through Tuesday morning above 4000 feet. 4-8 inches snow expected above 4000 feet and over a foot of snow possible above 6000 feet. 1-3 inches above 3000 feet in southern Trinity County. I-5 impacted.

— CA Central and Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon and tonight. 8-20 inches snow expected above 7000 feet. I-80 impacted.

— West-central NV in the Reno-Carson area: Wind Advisory this afternoon and tonight. Gusts 55-60 mph. I-80 impacted.

— Eastern CA, east slopes of Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains: Wind Advisory this evening through Tuesday morning. Gusts to 70 mph possible, mainly above 9000 feet.

— Southern CA Imperial Valley: Dense Fog Advisory through mid-morning. I-8 impacted.

— South-central TX, including San Antonio and Austin: Dense Fog Advisories through late this morning. I-10, I-35 impacted.

— VA Virginia Beach and NC Outer Banks: Coastal Flood Warnings continue through Tuesday morning.

— FL Coast between Jacksonville and West Palm Beach: Coastal Flood Warnings continue through this afternoon. Roads east of I-95 potentially impacted.
