• Heavy snow, flooding, severe weather and high winds in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast end by Monday afternoon.
• Rain, snow and high winds continue over Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
• Potentially dangerous high wind event Tuesday along the Front Range of the Rockies from Wyoming to New Mexico.

Here’s the long-range travel & RV weather outlook (updated last evening)

— WA Cascades and eastward; much of northern and central ID; western MT, OR Cascades; eastern OR; southwest and southeast ID; western WY; northern NV; northern and northeast CA, northern CA Sierra Nevada: Winter Storm Warnings and advisories through this afternoon (north and western portions) to Wednesday (eastern and southern areas): Snow will be measured in feet in the mountains and inches in the valleys. Winds in general gusting 35-50 mph over this region. I-5 (CA), I-15, I-80 (CA), I-84, I-90 all impacted.

— Southwest WA, western OR, extreme northwest CA: Flood Watches and Flood Advisories through Wednesday morning. I-5, US-101 impacted.

— Northeast, southeast and southwest OR, portions of northern CA and northwest NV; southwest ID: High Wind Warnings and Advisories through late tonight. Wind gusts 50-65 mph inland and up to 75 mph along the coast and mountain peaks. I-5, I-80, I-84, US-101 impacted.

— Portions of central, south-central and southwest MT: High Wind Warnings through tonight. Gusts. 60-70 mph. I-90 around Livingston and Beartooth Foothills impacted.

— Southeast WY: High Wind Warning through Tuesday: Gusts to 75 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

— Southern WY, western NE: High Wind Watches Tuesday. Gusts 60-70 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

— West-central SD: High Wind Warning Tuesday. Gusts to 65 mph. I-90 impacted.

— CO Front Range: Expect wind gusts 50-65 mph much of Tuesday. I-25 impacted. No warnings issued at this time.

— North-central NM: High Wind Watch Tuesday for the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Gusts to 65 mph. I-25 impacted.

— MI Western Upper Peninsula, adjacent northern WI: Winter Storm Watch Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening. 6-11 inches snow possible with gusts to 40 mph.

— Eastern KY; eastern TN; western and northwest NC; southeast WV; most of VA; DC; MD except for the western part of the state; DE; southern NJ; extreme southeast PA: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today. Snow ending today west to east. Accumulations up to 5-10 inches with lesser amounts in the northern and southern portions of the warned region. I-40, I-64, I-66, I-77, I-79, I-81, I-95, NJ Turnpike impacted.

— Central NC: Flash Flood Watches and Warnings (Raleigh Durham area) through late this morning. I-40, I-85, I-95 potentially impacted.

— Coastal NC and adjacent coastal SC: Tornado Watch through late this morning.

— Much of NC, SC, eastern and southern GA, northern FL: Wind Advisories through late this morning or early afternoon (NC). Gusts to 45 mph. Major highways impacted include I-10, I-40, I-75, I-77, I-85, I-95
