  • A second clipper will move through the northern Plains into the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeast Monday and Tuesday with additional light snow.
  • A storm is expected to develop across the western Gulf of Mexico Monday and track east through Tuesday crossing Florida with gusty winds, heavy rain, and thunderstorms.
  • Expect several inches of snow Tuesday and Tuesday night east of the Colorado Front Range, eastward into western Nebraska and southward into central New Mexico.
  • Arctic air moving tonight into the Upper Mid West, then into the East and Southeast by Wednesday.

—Western WA and OR; south-central and northeast OR; east-central and southeast WA: Dense Fog, Freezing Fog and Air Stagnation Advisories through early afternoon. I-5, I-84, I-90 impacted.

— Central MT: Winter Weather Advisory today and tonight. 1-3 inches snow below 5000 feet and 3-6 inches at higher elevations. I-15 impacted.

— South-central MT Livingston Area and Beartooth Foothills: Wind Advisory Tuesday evening through midday Wednesday. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 impacted.

— South-central MT and north-central WY along I-25/I-90: Winter Weather Advisory this afternoon and tonight. 2-4 inches snow likely. I-25 / I-90 impacted.

— Northeast WY and west-central SD Black Hills: Winter Weather Advisory today and tonight. 2-5 Inches snow likely. I-90 impacted.

— Northeast and east-central CO; adjacent WY; west-central NE: Winter Storm Watches (NE) and Advisories Tuesday. 2-5 inches snow likely. Highest amounts over CO/NE border along I-70. I-25, I-70, I-76, I-80 impacted.

— Northeast and central NM: Snow developing Tuesday evening and continuing Tuesday night. Several inches possible. Advisories will probably be issued later today or tonight. I-25, I-40 impacted.

— Central and eastern ND; northeast SD; northern and west-central MN: Wind Chill Warnings tonight through midday Tuesday. Wind chill values as low as -50 deg F. I-29, I-35, I-94 impacted.

— Southeast WI, northeast IL: Winter Weather Advisories through midday today. 2-3 inches snow expected. Major highways impacted include I-39, I-55, I-57, I-80, I-88, I-90, I-94.

— Northwest IN; western MI Lower Peninsula: Winter Weather Advisories today and this evening. Accumulations range from 2-4 inches in the northern portions to 4-8 inches over IN. Major highways impacted include I-65, I-80/90/IN Toll Road, I-196, US-31.

— Southeast MI: Winter Weather Advisory today. 2-4 inches snow expected. I-69, I-75, I-94, I-96 impacted.

— Far-western MD; south-central PA west of I-99: Winter Weather Advisories this afternoon and tonight. Accumulations generally 2-4 inches. I-68, I-70/76 / PA Turnpike impacted.

— FL Peninsula: Rain showers and isolated thunderstorms Tuesday, working from north to south down the Peninsula. No advisories expected.
