— Western WA; northwest and west-central OR: Flood Warning, Watches and Advisories through Saturday. I-5, I-90, US-101 potentially impacted.
— Coastal WA; coastal OR; northwest OR High Wind Warnings and Advisories today. Gusts 50-60 mph. I-5, US-101 impacted.
— Central and southeast WA and adjacent north-central OR; southeast OR: Wind Advisories through this evening. Gusts 50-55 mph. I-84, I-90 impacted.
— WA and OR Cascades: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories (southern OR Cascades) today. Snow level are from 3000 feet in the south, decreasing to 1500 feet in the north. Accumulations today will range from 4-9 inches in the southern OR Cascades to nearly 2 feet in the WA Cascades. I-90 impacted.
— CA Northern and Central Sierra Nevada above 6000 feet: Winter Weather Advisory today. 2-6 inches snow at the higher elevations. I-80 impacted.
— Northern and central ID; western MT; north-central and south-central MT; northwest WY and adjacent ID; mountain ranges of central WY: Blizzard Warning (MT Rocky Mountain Front), Winter Storm Warnings, and Advisories through Saturday morning in most parts. Additional accumulations of 1 to possibly 2 feet snow in the mountains and several inches at lower elevations. High winds, blowing snow and near zero visibility will be a greater hazard than falling snow in may of these regions. I-15, I-25, I-90 impacted.
— Northwest MT Rocky Mountain Front: High Wind Warning through early Saturday morning. Gusts to 60 mph. I-15 impacted.
— Southeast WY: Multiple High Wind Warnings through Saturday afternoon. Winds will be highest this morning, weaken, then re-strengthen in the early hours of Saturday. Gusts to 65 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.
— MI Upper Peninsula Lake Superior Shoreline; southwest MI Lower Peninsula Lake Michigan shoreline: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories today for Lake Effect snow. Variable accumulations up to 7 inches. I-94, I-196, US-31 impacted.
— Northeast OH, far northwestern PA and far-western NY all along Lake Erie; Western NY downwind of Lake Ontario: Lake Effect Snow Warnings and Advisories through early Saturday morning. Accumulations as high as 8-14 inches in the heaviest snow bands. I-81, I-90 impacted.
— Northern and central IL; northern and central IN; northern OH and adjacent southern MI: Freezing Drizzle and Freezing Rain spread across the region Saturday afternoon and evening. No advisories yet, but expect they will be issued later today or tonight. I-55, I-65, I-70, I-74, I-75, I-80/90 including the Indiana Toll Road and Ohio Turnpike; I-94 all potentially impacted.
— Extreme western MD: Winter Storm Warnings remain in effect through mid-morning. Total snow accumulation 7-10 inches. I-68 impacted.
— Eastern Shore MD; DE; eastern PA; NJ; southern NY including Long Island; MA; CT; RI; southern NH; coastal ME: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories through tonight. Storm will be ending from south to north. Expect snow to end before lunchtime south of New York City, and before dinner time south of Boston. Additional accumulations will range from a couple of inches snow in the southern regions, up to 5-10 inches of snow for New England. I-95 and the coastal cities from Wilmington DE north to Boston are all impacted.
