— Northwest WA: Flood Watches through Sunday afternoon. I-5, I-90 potentially impacted.

— Northwest MT: Winter Weather Advisory through late this morning for freezing rain and snow. Snow may accumulate up to 2 inches.

— South-central MT: Wind Advisory today in the Beartooth Foothills and Livingston areas, east of Bozeman. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90 impacted from Livingston to Big Timber.

— Southeast WY: High Wind Warnings through late this morning. Gusts to 65 mph. I-25, I-80 impacted.

— Central Upper Peninsula MI: Winter Weather Advisory through late this morning. Up to 3 inches snow expected.

— Far-western NY, extreme northwest PA: Lake Effect Snow Warning through Saturday morning. Expect 6-11 inches of lake effect snow and wind gusts to 35 mph. I-90/NY Thruway, I-79 significantly impacted.

— Northeast PA: Wind Advisories this afternoon and tonight. Gusts to 45 mph. I-476, I-80 impacted.

— Central and eastern PA, NY south of the Mohawk River Valley: Strong winds gusting 30-40 mph Friday afternoon and evening. No Advisories at this time. I-76/PA Turnpike, I-80, I-87/NY Thruway likely impacted.

— Portions of Upstate NY north of the Mohawk River Valley, VT, western and northern NH, northern and western ME: Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories this evening through Saturday. 3-11 inches snow expected; highest amounts in higher terrain. I-87, I-89, I-93, I-95 US-11 impacted.
