— Western WA and northwest OR: Flood Warnings, Watches and Advisories through Thursday morning for heavy rains and melting snowpack. I-5, I-82, I-90, US-12, US-97, US-101 potentially impacted.
— Northern ID: Flood Watch through Wednesday morning due to a combination of rain and snowmelt. I-90 potentially impacted.
— Northwest and Central MT: High Wind Warnings midday today through this afternoon. Wind gusts. 60-65 mph except 70-80 mph along the Rocky Mountain Front. I-15, US-12, US-87 impacted.
— South-central MT Livingston and Beartooth Foothills region and Melville Foothills: High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories through midday today. Gusts to 60 mph. I-90, US-191 impacted.
— Portions of western ND: Dense Fog Advisory through midday today. Some of the fog may create a glaze of ice on roads. I-94 impacted.
— Northwestern MN, WI, MI, upstate NY: Snow Tuesday night, Wednesday and Wednesday night moving across the region from west to east. Accumulations generally 1-2 inches. Some advisories possible. Major highways impacted include. I-35, I-41, I-43, I-69, I-75, I-81, I-84, I-87, I-90, I-94, I-96.
