Three things to know about weather for RVers and travelers Wednesday 24 May

  • Severe thunderstorms may occur over the Great Basin, the northern Rockies, the High Plains and much of the Florida Peninsula this afternoon and evening.
  • Many streams and rivers in the West are approaching their peak runoffs; be careful if camping this holiday weekend near a creek and monitor local flood warnings.
  • Freezing temperatures tonight for parts of Michigan and Wisconsin.
