Slight risk today of severe storms with large hail and damaging wind gusts over both the Upper Great Lakes and portions of the Central and Southern Plains. Wednesday will likely see increased severe thunderstorm activity, especially over NE and KS, as well as some severe thunderstorms in the Northeast.

— Most of ND, northern SD, far-northwestern MN: Wind Advisories today and this evening. Gusts to 50 mph. I-29, I-94 impacted.

— Southwest SD, NE, much of KS, OK and TX Panhandles: Severe thunderstorms likely Wednesday afternoon and evening. Greatest risk over southern NE.

— Northwestern WI, western OK, western TX: Slight risk this afternoon and evening of severe thunderstorms. I-20, I-40, I-94 potentially impacted.

— Southeast OK, adjacent MO and TX: Slight risk today and tonight of flash flooding from heavy shower and thunderstorms. I-30, I-49 potentially impacted.

— Central TX Gulf Coast and portions of southeast TX: Flash Flood Advisories through this evening. I-10 potentially impacted.

— Western PA: Patchy Dense Fog this morning. I-79, I-80 impacted.

— Eastern OH, northern, central and western PA, most of NY, VT, NH, eastern ME: Slight risk of severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening. I-80, I-87, I-89, I-90, I-91, I-93 potentially impacted.
