Heavy rains and strong thunderstorms over northeast TX, northern LA and central and southern AR post a risk of flash flooding. Slight risk of severe weather today and Tuesday over the Northern High Plains.

— Portions of central CA: Wind Advisories today. Gusts to 45 mph. I-5, US-101 impacted.

— CA Antelope Valley north of Los Angeles, I-10 and I-8 desert passes: Wind Advisories this afternoon and tonight. Gusts 45-55 mph. I-8, I-10 impacted.

— Northwest WY Absaroka Mountains: Flood Watch through this afternoon for rapid snowmelt.

— Eastern MT, western ND: Slight chance of severe thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon and evening. Greatest threats are very large hail, severe wind gusts and a tornado or two. I-94 potentially impacted.

— Eastern and central ND, north-central SD: Slight chance of severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon and evening. Greatest threats are severe hail and damaging wind gusts.I-29, I-94 potentially impacted.

— Southwest OK and Northwest TX: Severe thunderstorm watch through midmorning. I-20 potentially impacted.

— Northeast TX, southwest and central AR: Flash Flood Watches continue. These watches expire in TX by Tuesday and in AR by Wednesday. I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40 potentially impacted.
